Our Fitness programs provide a total body workout that help to improve cardiovascular fitness and strengthen/tone muscles while minimising impact on joints.

Improve both your physical and mental wellbeing in a relaxed, social and safe environment with one of our instructors who will be able to assist you in getting the most out of your session.

SwimFIT

Our SwimFIT program is a swimming based fitness program that supports a range of levels, abilities and skills, encompassing all 4 swimming strokes. 

This program will provide a structured session to help you develop your technique and fitness in a friendly and social environment, so you can be empowered to achieve your swimming and fitness goals, whatever they may be.

SwimFIT aims to provide more confident swimmers with a challenging workout, with still allowing for participants to work toward improving their technique over longer distances.

AquaFIT is our low-medium intensity workout session conducted in waist deep water.  In this program, you will use bodyweight and the natural resistance of the water to perform exercises aimed at building general fitness, improving muscle tone, increasing range of motion and flexibility.

 

This program is easily adjustable for various confidence and ability levels, so participants are able to cater their workout based on their on confidence, fitness and ability levels.  AquaFIT is also ideal for those who are suffering from limited motion due to circumstances such as reduced joint mobility, surgery, pregnancy, or other conditions which might prohibit high impact exercise.

 

Sessions are conducted in a fun and friendly environment to a variety of music.

AquaFIT

Our TeenFIT program caters for participants aged 10-18, who would like to practice swimming in a non-competitive context for fitness and fun. 

 

This program is a structured swimming session combined with alternative exercises such as AquaFIT, water sports, water safety and rescue, and other team building fitness activities.

This is a great opportunity for young swimmers to continue enjoying the water and develop a life long skill, while improving fitness in a fun, social environment.

TeenFIT is also ideal for those looking to implement cross training for other sports during the year.
